Welcome to FlowDoc. We provide free browser-based document conversion tools for Markdown / AI output to Word / PDF. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the FlowDoc website (flowdoc.cc) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the service.

Scope of service

FlowDoc provides free in-browser document conversion tools, including but not limited to Markdown to Word, Markdown to PDF, HTML to PDF, Word to Markdown, PDF to Markdown, and AI Markdown cleaning. No account is required. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

User content

• You retain full ownership of all content you input into FlowDoc (including Markdown text and uploaded files).
• FlowDoc does not upload, store, or copy your input or exported files. All processing happens locally in your browser.
• You are responsible for the legality of your input content. Do not input content that is illegal, infringing, threatening, or harassing.
• Exported files are generated and saved locally by you; FlowDoc bears no responsibility for their distribution or use.

Intellectual property

FlowDoc's brand name, logo, website design, and source code (except portions released under open-source licenses) are protected by intellectual property laws. User-exported document content belongs to the user; FlowDoc claims no rights. Exported files contain no FlowDoc watermarks or branding.

Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• FlowDoc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• FlowDoc's maximum aggregate liability is $0, as we provide a completely free service.

Advertising

FlowDoc displays third-party ads served by Google AdSense. Ad content is delivered by advertisers and does not represent FlowDoc's views or endorsements. We are not responsible for the accuracy of ad content. Ad revenue supports free operation and continued development.

Modifications to terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, a prominent notice will appear on the homepage. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

Dispute resolution

If you have any dispute regarding these terms or our service, please first contact us at admin@flowdoc.cc to negotiate a resolution. If negotiation fails, either party may file a claim with the competent court of jurisdiction.

General provisions

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowDoc regarding use of the service.
• If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
• FlowDoc's failure to exercise any right or term does not constitute a waiver of that right or term.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party.
